Job Summary
To convert elite partnerships into a consistent stream of Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs), the full-time remote Business Development Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-level executives, ensuring engagement and managing lead goals through relationship building and data-driven tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring their engagement and motivation
- Provide training and support to Fellows for high-quality introductions and lead generation
- Manage lead goals and prepare reports on partner activity and conversion metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development
- Experience with partnership programs
- Bachelor's degree
- US-based location
