Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Business Development Manager will build and manage a client territory, collaborating with practice directors to provide solutions in risk advisory services, finance and accounting operations, and tax business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and market research
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients while executing strategic sales plans to retain and expand business
- Collaborate effectively across teams to leverage internal expertise and deliver optimal outcomes for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of solutions sales experience in professional services or management consulting
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting, or related fields
- Professional sales experience in public accounting or consulting; CPA is a plus
- Experience in prospecting and securing meetings with potential clients
