Job Summary
To establish and advance the company's presence in the Swiss market, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will drive market development, build strategic relationships, and serve as the subject matter expert for the territory, focusing on long-term growth and commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and expansion of the Swiss market while identifying long-term growth opportunities
- Act as the primary in-country representative to customers and healthcare professionals, maintaining strong relationships
- Provide insights to European leadership on competitor activity and customer needs while collaborating with regional teams to align local initiatives with broader strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in implantable medical devices
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales role with a high level of sales performance
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and a relevant Swiss national language
- Valid driver's license
