Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting national strategic project initiatives, the full-time Business Development Manager will engage with top mechanical contractors, coordinate sales activities, and facilitate project execution in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pursuit and support of the Top 10-15 national strategic contractors from specification development through shipment
• Engage with national mechanical contractors and maintain communication through CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product information and support cross-selling opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or national account support
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to collaborate across teams
