Job Summary

To support the growth of real estate transactions in Poland, the full-time hybrid Business Development / Origination Manager will identify, structure, negotiate, and close deals while managing the entire deal lifecycle and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline from lead qualification to closing
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs and contribute to CRM and lead generation improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
