Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading biopharma partnerships within the Organ Health area, the remote Associate Director/Sr. Manager, Business Development will identify and manage strategic partnerships, drive deal structuring and execution, and provide market intelligence to influence company strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies
• Lead cross-functional teams through the negotiation and execution of complex business development deals
• Provide thought leadership on trends in drug development and present insights to executive leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business development or alliance management within biopharma or healthcare technology
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-value partnerships
• Deep understanding of the drug development ecosystem, including clinical trial design and commercialization
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business software such as PowerPoint and Excel
