Job Summary

To support the growth of healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will advance early-stage opportunities within enterprise provider accounts through omnichannel lead generation and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the early-stage advancement of opportunities from Qualify Discovery to Discovery Evaluation, ensuring exit criteria are met
  • Execute multi-channel outreach to activate interest and secure meetings with potential clients
  • Partner with AVPs to tailor account-specific engagement strategies and maintain relationship maps for tracking decision pathways
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or related roles, preferably in B2B enterprise software or healthcare
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sequencing tools
  • Demonstrated success in securing meetings and advancing early-stage pipeline
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Curiosity and ability to understand complex healthcare operations concepts, with training provided
