Job Summary
To drive new client acquisition in the international payments and foreign exchange (FX) sector, the full-time Business Development Manager will focus on outbound sales, relationship management, and complex solution selling, with a preferred hybrid work schedule based in Irvine, CA, or fully remote options available for qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new business clients with international payment and FX requirements
- Generate revenue through outbound prospecting and referral activity
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development specific to FX/cross-border payments sales
- Proven hunter mentality with strong outbound prospecting skills
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation through close
- Strong understanding of international payments, FX products, and treasury conversations
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
