Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time Business Development Manager will prospect, build a pipeline, and close deals while leveraging AI tools to enhance sales efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline and maintain 3x pipeline coverage
- Source a meaningful share of the pipeline through outbound sequences, industry events, and targeted outreach
- Utilize MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and advance deals through a disciplined sales process
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS
- Self-directed and coachable, with a strong desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
- Strong business acumen with a focus on value-based selling
