Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the development of Saluda Medical's business in the Italian market, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will create and implement strategic plans, provide clinical and technical support during procedures, and build long-term partnerships with distributors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to enhance market share and patient outcomes
• Delivers clinical and technical support during surgeries and device implants
• Develops and maintains relationships with distributors and clinical stakeholders through effective customer support

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in neuromodulation for chronic pain or similar therapy areas
• Demonstrated technical experience in programming neuromodulation devices
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Italian
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
