Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing environmental services organization, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across industrial and environmental sectors while managing the full sales cycle and building long-term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in lab services or environmental testing
  • Proven track record in securing new business and managing a sales pipeline
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is desirable
