Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will attract and hire top Loan Officer talent while partnering with branch leadership to execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Loan Officer roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Advanced networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
