Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will attract and hire top Loan Officer talent while partnering with branch leadership to execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Loan Officer roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
• Advanced networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
