Job Summary
Seeking a self-motivated and outgoing Business Development Manager for Home Improvement Lending, this full-time remote position will focus on driving sales by developing relationships with contractors across multiple states, including Utah, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a proactive pipeline for engaging key contacts at target companies for HIL programs and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations and proposals that showcase FNBO's marketing tools and customer solutions
- Attend industry events to enhance the sales pipeline and stay informed about emerging technologies and competitors
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Home Improvement Lending industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and prospect new partners
- Experience with Salesforce for sourcing and managing leads
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
