Job Summary
Strategically guiding sales and marketing initiatives, the full-time Business Development Manager will collaborate with teams to enhance sales performance and execute effective marketing strategies while working remotely from Alabama.
Key responsibilities
- Align sales and marketing efforts for new product lines to drive business growth
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for new products and services
- Develop budgets, sales goals, and effective marketing collateral to support strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales and sales strategy
- Experience in construction supply or industrial distribution
- Prior experience working with general contractors and/or municipalities
- 5+ years of experience in Carbon/Stainless Steel Fabrication
