Job Summary

Driving strategic business planning and execution, the full-time Business Development Manager will collaborate with customer category managers to enhance volume and profit growth for K-C categories while managing relationships and implementing brand strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver Net Sales, Contribution, Category Share, and DPSM Objectives for assigned customer teams
  • Build and execute the Customer Business Plan through Joint Business Planning with customers
  • Analyze customer trends and demographic data to forecast and support K-C's action plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business management or customer development
  • Proficiency in statistics and quantitative business analysis
  • Experience presenting to Executive Level staff
  • Knowledge of forecasting and business planning processes
