Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Business Development Manager will develop and manage business development and marketing strategies for assigned practices, focusing on driving new business and enhancing the firm's profile, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze market and client research to identify opportunities and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop cross-selling initiatives and marketing projects
  • Track business development metrics and provide insights for improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a professional services firm
  • 5 years of management experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong business development skills, including planning, organization, and negotiation
  • Excellent writing skills for producing proposals and client-facing materials
