Job Summary

Focused on driving growth in the beauty and wellness sector, the full-time Business Development Manager will manage the entire sales process, achieve sales targets, and build relationships with new partners while working remotely and in the field from Istanbul.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets consistently by managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Engage with key decision-makers through various outreach methods to bring on new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and provide market trend feedback
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
