Job Summary
Focused on driving growth in the beauty and wellness sector, the full-time Business Development Manager will manage the entire sales process, achieve sales targets, and build relationships with new partners while working remotely and in the field from Istanbul.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets consistently by managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Engage with key decision-makers through various outreach methods to bring on new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and provide market trend feedback
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous growth and development
