Job Summary
To drive growth in the fitness industry, the remote Business Development Manager will manage relationships with gym chains and franchise organizations, focusing on the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and build a pipeline of gym chains and franchise organizations with 10-100 locations
- Own the full sales cycle including outreach, discovery, proposal, follow-up, and client relationship management
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategy, pricing, and deal structure while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline
Required qualifications:
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience with gym chains and fitness franchise organizations
- Current or recent sales experience with products or services for gym chains or franchises
- Established relationships with decision makers in multi-location fitness businesses
- Self-directed and organized with a strong commitment to follow-up
