Job Summary
Owning revenue generation, the full-time Business Development Manager will convert qualified opportunities into active corporate FX and payments clients, managing the entire process from discovery through onboarding and the first trade while collaborating with internal teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery through onboarding and first trade
- Conduct structured discovery to assess FX exposure, payment flows, and risk management needs
- Lead solution positioning, pricing discussions, and deal conversion while maintaining disciplined pipeline management
Required qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Working knowledge of global markets and their impact on the FX market
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools for managing activity and pipeline
- Confidence engaging with business owners, CFOs, and senior finance stakeholders
- Strong commercial discipline with the ability to progress deals through the full sales cycle
