Job Summary

Directing the day-to-day execution for a defined segment of the sales organization, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will focus on closing business among prospect accounts and managing a team of Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of a team of Business Development Managers
  • Develop and implement strategies to close business with prospective accounts
  • Act as a regional or segment sales leader, guiding individual contributor sales representatives
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management or business development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and executing business plans
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the relevant industry
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
