Job Summary
To drive adoption of the Sunrise platform, the full-time Business Development Manager will source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with asset issuers and ecosystem participants while managing relationships and collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and negotiate partnerships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, and enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
- Proven ability to cultivate and nurture high-value partnerships
- Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first environment
