Job Summary

To support the growth of the Indirect Division, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage dealer recruitment and relationship-building efforts while identifying potential acquisition targets for the company's M&A team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a proactive outreach program to recruit new dealers in underpenetrated markets
  • Build relationships with potential dealers and acquisition targets, pitching Quench's indirect brands
  • Maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition prospects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the point-of-use industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience with sales quotas and familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
