Job Summary
To support the growth of the Indirect Division, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage dealer recruitment and relationship-building efforts while identifying potential acquisition targets for the company's M&A team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive outreach program to recruit new dealers in underpenetrated markets
- Build relationships with potential dealers and acquisition targets, pitching Quench's indirect brands
- Maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition prospects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the point-of-use industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience with sales quotas and familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
