Job Summary

Driving business development initiatives, the full-time Business Development Manager will lead strategic account growth and market development for Stack Forging Thermal Solutions, focusing on direct liquid cooling adoption across hyperscalers and server OEMs, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Burlington, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and expand the presence of Stack Forging Thermal Solutions in the direct liquid cooling market
  • Build and maintain executive relationships, positioning the company as a primary thermal partner for next-generation platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into complex facility infrastructure deals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management
  • Experience engaging with hyperscalers, server OEMs, or silicon providers
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
  • Experience scaling products from R&D to production in hardware or infrastructure environments
