Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing and placing candidates for Loan Officer, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager positions, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will utilize various marketing strategies and maintain relationships to meet recruitment quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Source passive candidates through outbound activities including text message and video marketing, cold calling, and social media
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with Loan Officers and Branch Managers, promoting the company's competitive advantages
  • Manage recruiting activities in the CRM, achieve weekly metrics, and guide candidates through the onboarding process
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three years' recruiting experience in the mortgage industry
  • Proven success in cold calling and overcoming objections
  • Expert-level knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in project management
  • Proficiency in CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational skills
