Job Summary
To drive growth in the financial sector, the remote full-time Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and qualify new opportunities while maintaining client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events, and executive networking
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close, ensuring accurate pipeline management
- Develop account entry strategies and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key business leaders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business development or strategic account management within the tech/fintech sector
- Deep domain expertise in the financial industry, including SWIFT, blockchain, and digital assets
- Experience selling complex professional services or technology solutions with lengthy sales cycles
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven success in outbound sales and business development, including lead qualification and opportunity management
