Job Summary

Collaborating with hotel sales teams and commercial stakeholders, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will identify, qualify, and develop new B2B relationships while enhancing business development strategies and supporting revenue generation for new and existing hotels.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop high-potential B2B accounts across assigned markets and segments
  • Execute proactive prospecting plans using market data and customer insights to create new demand
  • Engage customers through outreach, presentations, and networking events to align business development activities with hotel priorities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hotel sales or equivalent business development experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B customer relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate account potential and connect customer needs to solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities
