Job Summary

Driving partner recruitment and pipeline generation, the full-time Business Development Manager will focus on onboarding new Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and developing joint offerings in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit and gain commitment from new ISVs to join the partner program
  • Lead the technical co-creation of assets aligned with core sales plays such as AI readiness and automation
  • Build success plans for joint offerings, including business cases and go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
  • Experience in business development or software vendor recruitment
  • Ability to create joint business cases and drive technical product certifications
  • Familiarity with aligning software solutions with sales plays in AI, virtualization, or automation
  • Experience packaging technical integrations into commercial assets
  • Proficiency in using data-driven tracking mechanisms to measure pipeline impact
