Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing environmental services organization, the full-time Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities in the environmental testing sector while working remotely and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in lab services or environmental testing
  • Proven track record in securing new business and managing a sales pipeline
  • Experience engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong skills in developing and delivering compelling proposals
  • Familiarity with environmental, laboratory, engineering, or compliance-led services is desirable
