Job Summary
Owning complex deal cycles, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will lead strategic sales efforts in Taiwan, building a pipeline and leveraging AI tools to enhance client relationships and close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new sales pipeline and maintain 3x pipeline coverage
- Source leads through outbound sequences, industry events, and targeted outreach while managing a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC
- Utilize AI tools for call preparation and deal advancement, while becoming an expert in hospitality challenges and positioning Lighthouse's solutions effectively
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in hospitality or SaaS
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and existing relationships within it
- Self-directed and coachable, with a drive for continuous improvement and feedback incorporation
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification frameworks is a plus
