Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Business Development Manager will build and manage a territory by collaborating with practice directors and fulfillment teams to provide solutions in risk advisory services, finance and accounting operations, and tax business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients while executing strategic sales plans to retain and expand existing business
- Collaborate effectively across teams to leverage internal expertise and deliver optimal outcomes for clients and the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance/Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of solutions sales experience within the professional services or management consulting industry
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting, or related fields
- Professional sales experience in public accounting, consulting, or a professional services firm; CPA is a plus
- Experience in prospecting to open doors and secure meetings with potential clients
