Job Summary

Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will own and rapidly grow the industrial water treatment business in the Memphis, TN region by managing the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing contracts.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across various industrial sectors
  • Evaluate customer operations and propose high-value water treatment solutions
  • Nurture existing relationships to maximize account value and exceed sales targets
Required qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales
  • Background in water treatment or environmental services
  • Proven track record in technical, engineering, or scientific product sales
  • Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large geographic territory independently
