Job Summary

To support business expansion in the Caribbean Central America region, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will identify opportunities, drive sales initiatives, and build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders in the telecommunications sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Present solution offerings and drive sales across the vendor portfolio while onboarding new vendors
  • Negotiate key tenders and manage specialized vendor projects to optimize results
  • Collaborate with sales teams and support the development of direct reports to enhance customer loyalty and profitability
Required qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • B2+ proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in products and services for Service Providers (SPs) and Telecommunications companies (Telcos)
  • Full knowledge of assigned product or service line
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing with 5+ years of commercial experience
