Job Summary

To drive real estate and land-related transactions in Poland, the full-time Business Development / Origination Manager will manage the entire deal lifecycle from lead qualification to closing while maintaining a robust sales pipeline in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline from lead qualification to closing
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
