Job Summary

Driving the pipeline for high-value custom development projects, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will focus on strategic outbound efforts to business buyers, managing prospecting, qualification, and SQL handoff to technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build targeted account lists and manage outreach through various platforms, including LinkedIn and HubSpot
  • Conduct discovery calls to validate budget authority, technical requirements, and stakeholder mapping
  • Optimize campaigns by A/B testing messaging and analyzing data to improve response rates
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of B2B tech sales experience in custom development, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of closing or generating pipeline for high-ticket deals ($50K+) with 3-6 month sales cycles
  • Technical fluency to engage with CTOs and IT Directors on complex topics like APIs and system architecture
  • Strong outbound skills with the ability to personalize outreach effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or Smartlead, demonstrating tracking and iterative learning
