Job Summary
To drive new client acquisition in the healthcare staffing market, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while developing strong relationships with healthcare organizations and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare and locum staffing sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events while preparing proposals and business development reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or physician staffing preferred
- Proven track record of building a pipeline through cold outreach and networking
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Self-directed and goal-oriented, comfortable working autonomously
