Job Summary
Driving the full sales cycle, the remote Corporate Business Development Manager will execute high-volume cold outreach, manage client accounts, and create custom solutions while focusing on pipeline generation and deal closing.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full outbound engine by executing high-volume cold outreach and turning industry events into discovery meetings
- Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery to close, including commercial negotiations and contract signing
- Manage, retain, and grow a signed portfolio of clients, turning initial deals into long-term accounts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in sales management or business development in B2B companies
- Proven track record in building pipelines through cold outreach and networking events, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for results without relying on a pre-written playbook
- Experience using CRM data to track metrics and analyze pipeline performance
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adapting to a developing product landscape
