Job Summary
Driving customer satisfaction and growth in the Industrial Water Treatment market segment, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage sales initiatives, support existing accounts, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a current sales funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Sell new business and applications within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales plans, documenting ROI and value delivery
- Achieve customer satisfaction to retain existing business and foster new growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or science-related field
- 10+ years of experience in water treatment, preferably in the Industrial market segment
- Demonstrated success in team building and developing high-performing individuals
- Strong financial and business acumen with a history of profitable customer relationships
- Ability to travel throughout the West Coast
