Job Summary

To drive sales growth and maximize revenue, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will develop strategies, manage client relationships, and write business proposals while collaborating with internal teams and marketing staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing growth strategies and plans by identifying business strengths and customer needs
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients to increase the client base
  • Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders to secure new business opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Utility Sales
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Asset Management or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in planning and scheduling project plans, defining milestones, and establishing timelines
  • Experience in managing project budgets and resource allocation effectively
  • Demonstrated ability in end-to-end project management, leading projects from initiation to completion
