Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is seeking a Remote Business Development Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a growing team of Outbound BDRs to drive high-quality discovery meetings with targeted accounts and personas
Optimize the operational side of the BDR business to scale rapidly and partner with sales, business development, and marketing leadership to grow a healthy pipeline at the top of the sales funnel
Stay up-to-date with best practices and coach BDRs on lead processes and metrics

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of frontline SDR/BDR leadership experience in a SaaS tech industry
Strong understanding of Outbound pipeline generation processes and sales methodologies
Experience in the Enterprise space with complex buying cycles
Analytical mindset to spot trends and take action where needed
Previous experience with sales engagement platforms such as LeanData and Outreach.io
