Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is seeking a Remote Business Development Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a growing team of Outbound BDRs to drive high-quality discovery meetings with targeted accounts and personas
- Optimize the operational side of the BDR business to scale rapidly and partner with sales, business development, and marketing leadership to grow a healthy pipeline at the top of the sales funnel
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and coach BDRs on lead processes and metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of frontline SDR/BDR leadership experience in a SaaS tech industry
- Strong understanding of Outbound pipeline generation processes and sales methodologies
- Experience in the Enterprise space with complex buying cycles
- Analytical mindset to spot trends and take action where needed
- Previous experience with sales engagement platforms such as LeanData and Outreach.io
