Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, hire, and onboard a team of Outbound BDRs
  • Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence
  • Inspire, coach, and up-level team members
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of software sales experience as an SDR and/or AE
  • 1+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience interviewing and hiring BDRs
  • Historical success in achieving quotas and targets
  • Strong experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools/products
