Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager located in the United States, responsible for driving partner ecosystem growth and identifying new partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive partner ecosystem growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating qualified leads and closed deals
  • Identify new growth and product partnership opportunities for customer acquisition, product capabilities, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to implement new partnerships with customer-facing implications
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of direct experience in business development and partnerships for consumer financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision makers
  • A sense of curiosity and persistence in managing multiple opportunities and relationships
  • A passion for creating impact and improving financial services
