Business Development Manager - CA/AZ/WA

Job Summary

Owning the West Coast territory, the full-time remote Business Development Manager - CA/AZ/WA will build a book of business from scratch by sourcing and signing new clinic partners through outbound prospecting and consultative selling, while effectively communicating the value of the company's healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory across California, Arizona, and Washington, identifying clinic targets and creating a sales pipeline
• Source and close new clinic partnerships through outbound prospecting and consultative selling techniques
• Represent the company in the field, establishing trusted relationships with clinic owners and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of outbound, new business sales experience with a proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals
• Demonstrated hunting ability with experience managing the full sales cycle
• Healthcare or health-adjacent sales experience, with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals
• Located on the West Coast and available to work in Pacific Time
• Experience selling into small, independent businesses is a plus
