Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Officer to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified mid-market prospects, managing the sales process
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to executive decision-makers and negotiate agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably with mid-market clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
