Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - National Deposits Group HOA/PMC Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and enhance client relationships
• Contribute to the creation of a go-to-market strategy to generate new customers and deposits
• Manage customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or over 5 years of business experience in new business development
• 5 or more years of experience in deposit-based, treasury products, or cash management
• Experience in prospecting and business development leading to stable deposits and revenue
• Proficient user of CRM systems
• Strong organizational and presentation skills related to customer interactions
