Business Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Officer responsible for originating small business loans and developing vendor-driven financing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and close small business loans with a focus on equipment financing and leasing
• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve production targets and manage a qualified pipeline
• Identify and onboard vendor partners while building a scalable vendor finance channel

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in small business lending, equipment finance, or commercial sales
• Proven success in meeting sales and production goals
• Experience in developing and managing referral or vendor partner networks
• Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and loan structuring
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
