Business Development Officer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Development Officer will collaborate with various teams to deliver practice finance products, drive annual lending goals, and coordinate training and performance oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training and facilitate skill building for team members
• Oversee market performance and engage in deal review discussions
• Drive a minimum of $25 million in annual lending through strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Business Banking or Practice Finance Lending
