Business Development Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Development Operations Associate will manage business development operations, support partner relationships, and optimize workflows for the SMB Lending business while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage critical business development operations that support the partner ecosystem and internal teams
• Maintain and analyze performance data, dashboards, and internal/external reporting
• Lead cross-functional projects from intake through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder coordination

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or business development operations, preferably in finance, fintech, or lending
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards and performance data
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker/Tableau, and MS Office
• Self-directed and proactive with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
• Clear communicator with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
