Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Operations Manager to enhance sales operations and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound lead management and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
• Manage trade show operations, including logistics and budget tracking
• Collaborate with Business Development leads to respond to proposals and conduct ongoing prospect research

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operational and/or project management roles
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized with strong process management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the arts and culture industry is preferred
