Business Development Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Operations Senior Manager responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and scalability of the Business Development organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize global BDR operational workflows for inbound and outbound motions
• Analyze key Business Development metrics and conduct recurring and ad-hoc analysis to recommend improvements
• Build capacity and productivity models while collaborating on headcount prioritization and performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in pipeline operating cadences and leading strategic GTM planning efforts
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with administering Salesforce and common GTM tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
