Key Responsibilities

• Manage BD deal infrastructure, including pipeline reporting and contract documentation
• Prepare executive materials and ensure alignment across finance and legal teams
• Support strategic planning and drive team operating rhythm through effective meeting management

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related fields
• Experience supporting Business Development or Sales teams
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Advanced presentation skills for crafting executive-level materials
• Prior experience in healthcare or value-based care environments preferred
